BATA Oversight Committee

The Bay Area Toll Authority Oversight Committee’s responsibilities are to:

  • Oversee the work of BATA, which administers revenue from the region’s seven state-owned toll bridges
  • Manage the FasTrak® electronic toll collection program

This 10-member committee meets the second Wednesday of each month at 9:30 a.m.

More than 70 percent of all drivers crossing the Bay Area’s bridges during weekday peak commute periods now pay their tolls with FasTrak.
