Request for Proposal:
For Business Insurance Broker, Consultation and Third-party Certificate Management Services

MTC, on behalf of MTC, the Metropolitan Transportation Commission Service Authority for Freeways and Expressways (MTC SAFE), the Bay Area Toll Authority (BATA) and the Regional Administrative Facility Corporation (RAFC), invites your firm to submit a proposal to provide business insurance brokerage, consulting and third party insurance certificate management services, for a period beginning October 1, 2008 and continuing through June 30, 2011. The contract may be renewed at a negotiated price for a three-year period beginning July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2014.

Proposal Due Date

Interested firms must submit an original and three (3) copies their written proposal, by 12:00 noon, Monday, August 4, 2008. Proposals received after that date and time will not be considered.

Proposals will be considered firm offers to enter into a contract and perform the services required under this RFP for a period of sixty (60) days from the time of submittal.
