California’s aggressive new greenhouse gas reduction
legislation will bring sweeping changes in how land use,
transportation and environmental planning are used in the
built environment. We’ll be reinventing ties
between where we live and work and how we move between destinations. Transportation
Demand Management has long sought to improve these relationships;
effective implementation will play a critical role in creating
sustainable, highly functional communities.
