Notice of Preparation of a Draft Environmental Impact Report for Plan Bay Area
Oakland, CA — Members of the public are invited to attend one of five public meetings to comment on the scope and content of information to be evaluated as part of the Plan Bay Area Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR). The Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG) and the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) are required to analyze the environmental impacts of the land use scenarios and transportation investments that will be considered for Plan Bay Area, the region’s long-range transportation and housing/land-use plan.

- What environmental issues should be analyzed?
