FasTrak® Website Back in Service
As of 2:30 p.m.: The Bay Area FasTrak® website been restored and is functioning as expected. At this time, the Customer Service Center is completely up and running.
Due to a Monday power outage at an East Coast server location, the FasTrak® website is not working. Currently, Customer Service Representatives are taking calls and are able to assist customers with non-payment requests. The FasTrak® website team is working to fix the website but there is no estimate yet for when this may be completed.

The Bay Area FasTrak® website (https://www.bayareafastrak.org/) has been up and running since August 30, 2016. If you are having trouble accessing the website, feel free to call the FasTrak® Customer Service center: l 1-877-BAY-TOLL or 1-877-229-8655. From outside the USA, call +1-415-486-8655.
As of today the web site is still unavailable. Any news as to the reason and expectations about about service resumption?
