We will also discuss focusing on ethical considerations and equity in AI and learning from agency experts and CivicSpark fellows:

- Sean Bugler (Innovation Team), Generative AI guidelines and the Innovation Lab's role alongside Technology Services
- Mary Mattingly (Technology Services), Best practices for partnering with Technology Services on AI and tech tools
- Janica Mendillo (CivicSpark Fellow in LPA), Automating public comment analysis with topic classification and theme extraction
- John Kannegieser (Human Resources), AI in talent acquisition and DEI, addressing biases and best practices
