Public Comment: All MTC Committee and Commission meetings include a time for public comment. Attendees are encouraged to comment on agenda items by completing a request-to-speak card (available from staff) and passing it to the committee secretary.
Once recognized by the Chair, members of the public typically may speak for up to two minutes on any agenda item. Public comment may be limited if, in the Chair's judgment, it is necessary to maintain the orderly flow of business.
