Resilient by Design

Sea Levels are on the rise. The evidence can be found on shorelines all over the planet. Countries around the world will have to adapt. The San Francisco Bay Area is at the forefront of that change, with the Resilient by Design challenge, which has selected 10 high-powered design teams from around the globe to come up with innovative solutions. The Bay Area is planning now to make infrastructure changes before there is a crisis. Mark Jones reports on Resilient by Design.
