Richmond-San Rafael Bridge: Moveable Wall

When the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge Bike/Pedestrian path opens (which is expected in mid-November), for the first time in Northern California history there will be bike and pedestrian access connecting the East Bay with Marin County. Bike enthusiasts have been rooting to make this happen for years. The moveable barrier that will divide automobiles from those on foot, is being installed as we speak.
