The 2016 Youth for the Environment and Sustainability (YES) Conference drew about 250 middle and high school students, parents, and professionals in the environmental field to UC Berkeley on January 30.
Every year, hundreds of high school students from all over the Bay Area apply for intern jobs at MTC. By their own account, they learn an incredible amount during their internship.
MTC will be taking applications for its high school internship program soon. High school kids from all over the Bay Area apply in droves because they will learn so much they can get a jump on future jobs.
