FasTrak Customer Service Center to Reopen April 25 at 10 a.m.

The FasTrak Customer Service Center is temporarily closed until Monday, April 25.

The FasTrak Customer Service Center is moving to the Bay Area Metro Center, located at 375 Beale Street in San Francisco. Phone services, including live customer support, are temporarily unavailable until 10 am on Monday, April 25, but access to your account is still available online at www.bayareafastrak.org.



The FasTrak walk-in service counter located at 62 First Street in San Francisco has been closed permanently. A new walk-in service counter will open mid-May at the Bay Area Metro Center. If you need to add funds to your account, pay notices, or pay for a recent Golden Gate toll using cash, visit one of our many cash payment kiosks. Our website accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You can also mail a check to manage your FasTrak needs. Remember to include your account number or notice number on the check. If you need to speak to a customer service representative, please call 1-877-229-8655 when we return Monday morning.
