    Overview of the program evaluation findings for the initial years of the Regional Housing Technical Assistance (RHTA) Program. The final report discusses the successes and challenges of the RHTA Program under the REAP 1.0 grant, and these findings will inform the RHTA Program’s technical assistance design and delivery under the REAP 2.0 grant.
