Proposed action allocates $74.3 million in FY2024-25 Transportation Development Act, State Transit Assistance, Regional Measure 2, Regional Measure 3 (RM3), and Senate Bill 125 funds to three transit operators to support transit operations and capital projects in the region.

A request for approval of MTC Resolution No. 4638 Revised, authorizing amendments to the MTC Operating and Capital Budgets for FY 2024-25 increasing operating revenue by $10.5 million and operating expenses by $11.4 million. The resulting $0.8 million increase to the projected operating deficit is funded by a draw from fund balance.
