- File Description NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the qualified electors of Bay Area Housing Finance Authority (BAHFA) located in the counties of Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano and Sonoma, the cities within those counties, and the City and County of San Francisco (collectively referred to as the "Bay Area"), California, that in accordance with the provisions of the California Government Code and California Elections Code, an Election for purposes of a Regional Measure to be held on November 5, 2024, at which the following measure shall be submitted to and voted on by the qualified electors within the BAHFA.
