MTC has released the Draft 2027 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and Draft Transportation-Air Quality Conformity Analysis for the 2027 TIP and Plan Bay Area 2050+ for public review and comment. The comment period opened Tuesday, July 14, 2026. All comments are due by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, August 12, 2026.
About the Draft 2027 TIP
The Bay Area's Draft 2027 TIP includes more than 400 transportation projects with over $13.8 billion in committed federal, state and local funding for federal fiscal years 2027 through 2030.
