The Bay Area Infrastructure Finance Authority (BAIFA) Network and Operations Committee oversees the BAIFA Express Lane network and State Route 37 tolling.
The Bay Area Infrastructure Finance Authority (BAIFA) Network and Operations Committee meets monthly to oversee the delivery and operation of BAIFA’s Express Lane network in Alameda, Contra Costa and Solano Counties and tolling on State Route 37. The committee:
- Approves contracts for delivery, operations and maintenance of the Express Lanes and SR-37 tolling
- Reviews the BAIFA toll policy, including rates, discounts, equity programs and toll ordinances
- Oversees BAIFA’s long-range financial planning, including the use of collected toll revenue for operations and maintenance, rehabilitation and replacement, facility improvements and other eligible expenses
- Sets BAIFA’s annual budget
Meetings
The BAIFA Network and Operations Committee meets on the second Friday of each month.
