Administration Committee
The Administration Committee meets monthly to oversee and approve MTC administrative tasks, including staff oversight, consultant contracts, budgeting and financial policies, reports and audits.
The MTC Administration Committee:
- Oversees the operation and management of MTC staff
- Approves consultant contracts
- Sets the commission’s budget
- Establishes financial and personnel policies
- Oversees financial reports and audits
This 10-member committee meets the second Wednesday of each month at 9:35 a.m. or immediately following the meeting of the Bay Area Toll Authority Oversight Committee, whichever comes later.
