Administration Committee

The Administration Committee meets monthly to oversee and approve MTC administrative tasks, including staff oversight, consultant contracts, budgeting and financial policies, reports and audits.

The MTC Administration Committee:

  • Oversees the operation and management of MTC staff
  • Approves consultant contracts
  • Sets the commission’s budget
  • Establishes financial and personnel policies
  • Oversees financial reports and audits

This 10-member committee meets the second Wednesday of each month at 9:35 a.m. or immediately following the meeting of the Bay Area Toll Authority Oversight Committee, whichever comes later.
