Embarcadero Bay Trail, San Francisco
Walking, jogging or biking, the bustling stretch of waterfront from Fisherman’s Wharf to Oracle Park — home of the Giants — is dazzling in its plethora of views and offerings. Coffee, cocktails, cruises, Exploratorium, pedi-cabs, street artists — you name it, it’s here.

Marina Green Bay Trail, San Francisco
Only slightly less hectic than the Embarcadero, the Marina Green regularly hosts soccer, Frisbee, sporting and food events. Check out the beautiful boats in the marina, and the houses lining Marina Boulevard made famous by the Loma Prieta earthquake in 1989.
